How do I book a cleaning service?

Booking is simple. You have three options:

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens — we get it. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations so we can adjust our team’s schedule accordingly. You can call or text us directly to make any changes.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes — we bring everything. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and all necessary supplies. You don’t need to provide a thing. If you have a preference for specific products (for sensitivities, allergies, or personal preference), just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key, code, or garage access and go about their day while we clean. You’ll come home to a spotless space without having to rearrange your schedule. If you prefer to be home, that’s completely fine too — we work comfortably around occupied homes.
